2. Each piece is unique. The texture and color of the glass will vary depending on the manufacturing process and the location of the material. It will also show different changes under different light, all of which are natural characteristics of the glass itself.

3. Both glass cutting and soldering are done by hand. Size errors within 5mm and slight unevenness in soldering are within the normal range and are not defects.

4. Solder oxidation is a natural phenomenon. Regardless of whether the solder is dyed, it will oxidize upon contact with air, resulting in a foggy appearance or a darker color.

5. For daily maintenance, simply wipe with a dry cloth.

6. Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We recommend recording the entire unpacking process upon receipt of the goods. If there is any damage or obvious defects, please contact us immediately and provide photos.

7. Production will begin only after payment is received, with a production period of approximately 4 to 5 weeks (actual production time depends on the order sequence).
