Fill out the order form
Please fill out the "Order Form" below and press Submit. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Complete payment
After submitting the form, please complete the remittance/transfer as instructed, and fill in the remittance information and the last five digits of the transfer number on the form to facilitate fund verification.
※ Payment requires manual reconciliation, and the confirmation time will depend on the actual situation.

Received confirmation email
After you submit the form, you will receive an automatic reply email from the system.
We will also receive order notifications and compile your order information simultaneously.

Arrange shipment after reconciliation.
After payment is confirmed, we will arrange production/shipping according to the order details and notify you of the progress via email.

Ordering Process
We welcome you to share your ideas and needs with us (theme, desired feel, size, budget, etc.), and we will work step by step from design to production to create your ideal work.
※ Design sketches can be revised a maximum of 3 times. If the number of revisions exceeds this limit or there are major changes, a design modification fee will be charged.

Glass Selection
We will provide suggestions on glass color schemes and styles according to your preferences, and you can select and confirm online.

Payment and Production Time
Once the details and price are confirmed, the order is officially established upon completion of the remittance/transfer.
The drawing and production will begin only after payment is received. The production time for glass inlay works is approximately 4 to 5 weeks, and the production time for drawn works is approximately 2 to 3 weeks (the actual production time depends on the order sequence. Please contact the official Line for the exact time).

Q1. Do all stained glass pieces look the same?
Due to the texture of stained glass and the nature of handcrafting, each piece will have slight differences, which is normal and therefore each one is unique.
Q2 Are there any errors or marks when making them by hand?
Both glass cutting and soldering are done by hand. Size errors within 5mm and slight unevenness in soldering are within the normal range and are not defects.
Q3 Is it normal for the solder to darken or become foggy?
Solder may oxidize naturally upon contact with air, resulting in a foggy appearance or a darker color, which is a normal natural change.
Q4 How to maintain stained glass artwork?
For regular cleaning, simply wipe with a dry cloth; avoid using chemical cleaners or alcohol.
Q5 How do I order custom-made items?

Q6. How long does it take to produce?
